00100	Protocol for KIKAKU(key kah coo)
00200
00300	Program should be accessable over the phone. One simply dials the number
00400	and is greeted by the words "This is KI KA KU speaking. Have you talked to me
00500	before? Reply OUI OUI OUI (we we we) or NO."
00550	If the reply is OUI OUI OUI the program then asks "What is your name?",
00600	if NO the program then prompts "Reply to my question by saying "My
00700	name is" followed by your name."
00800	The reason for asking for the name before any learning is, of course,
00900	purely showmanship since this will impress the user as being harder than
01000	it realy is. Actually verification, as this is, requires only N compares
01100	where N is the number of people involved and is much easier than
01200	identification where one attempts to identify an individual and prevent
01300	unautherized use. Here if a false identification is made it would be of
01400	little value to the speaker since the system would undoubtedly fail almost
01500	at once. >or the new speaker, the program would ask that some simple
01600	sentense be repeated, perhaps "He heard who had hocked it" from which it
01700	would attempt to go right ahead with some meaningful conversation. A certain
01800	fraction of the time it would be successful but if it were not it would ask
01900	for repeats and perhaps ask that other test sentences be repeated.
